What is Mismatch?

Do I need technical expertise to use Mismatch?
No. Mismatch is built to be simple enough for any coach, manager, or club volunteer to use. The cameras run autonomously and the dashboard is designed for non-technical users. Our team handles installation and onboarding for you.

Streaming
Do I need a camera operator to stream games?
No. Mismatch cameras are fully autonomous. Our AI director follows the play, frames the action, and switches angles automatically — no operator needed during the game.
Where can I stream my games?
Stream to YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, or any RTMP-compatible platform. You can also broadcast directly to the Mismatch fan app, where supporters can watch on phone, tablet, or smart TV.
Are games recorded for later viewing?
Yes. Every game is automatically recorded and stored in your Mismatch library, so coaches, players, and fans can rewatch on demand. Highlight clips of key plays are generated automatically.
Can I add sponsor logos and overlays to the stream?
Absolutely. The platform supports sponsor logos, scoreboards, lower-thirds, and rotating ads. Many of our clients use these to fund their streaming setup through local partnerships.
What internet connection do I need?
A stable upload of around 10 Mbps is enough for HD streaming. The system adapts the bitrate dynamically if your connection fluctuates, and games are always recorded locally as a backup.
Stats & Analytics
What stats can I track with Mismatch?
From classic box-score numbers — points, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls — to advanced metrics like player efficiency, plus/minus, shooting zones, and team tendencies. All stats are available in real time during the game.
Can stats be linked to video?
Yes. Every recorded stat is tied to a video clip. Want to see every three-pointer your point guard made this season? It's two clicks away.
Does the stats app work offline?
Yes. The stats app is designed for gyms with unreliable Wi-Fi. It records everything locally on the device and syncs to the cloud as soon as a connection is available.
Can players view their own stats?
Players get a personal profile in the fan app with their game-by-game stats, season averages, shot charts, and highlight clips — perfect for player development and recruiting.
Fans & Engagement
How do fans watch our games?
Through the free Mismatch fan app on iOS and Android, on the web, or via any platform you stream to (YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Fans get notifications when their teams play, can chat live, and view stats alongside the action.
Can I monetize my content?
Yes. Mismatch supports pay-per-view, season passes, sponsor integrations, and ad revenue sharing. Many clubs cover the cost of the platform — and more — through their fan and sponsor revenue.
Can I share highlights to social media?
Yes. Auto-generated highlight clips are ready to share to Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook in one tap, branded with your club's logo and colors.
Setup & Hardware
What equipment do I need?
We provide the AI camera system and all required hardware. You only need to supply a power outlet, an internet connection, and a mounting location with a clear view of the court. The stats app runs on standard iOS and Android tablets.
How long does installation take?
A typical court install takes a few hours. Our team handles the entire process, including calibration and a test stream, so you're ready to broadcast your next game.
Can Mismatch be installed in multiple venues?
Yes. The platform is built for multi-court federations and leagues. You can manage every venue, schedule, and stream from a single dashboard.
