Frequently asked questions

What do we need at the venue?
A camera system, which Mismatch installs, and a tablet or PC at the scorer's table for CourtFlow. A standard internet line with around 10 Mbps of upload is enough for HD streaming.
What happens if the internet drops during a game?
The scoresheet app works offline and syncs when the connection returns. Every game is also recorded locally as a backup, so the footage survives even if the live stream doesn't.
Who operates the camera?
Nobody. The system starts on schedule, streams the game, and stops when it ends.
Who owns the video and the data?
Your organization does. Mismatch operates the platform; the games, footage, and statistics belong to the league or club they come from.
Can we keep our existing competition management system?
Yes. CourtFlow maps to your existing structure — we integrate internally and you keep working the way you do. If you don't have a system, CourtFlow's back-office becomes yours.
Is GameDay really free for fans?
Yes. No subscription, no paywall, no pay-per-view. The app is supported by advertising, not by charging fans.
How do clubs earn from their streams?
Broadcasts carry sponsor inventory — in-stream ads and virtual on-court logos. Mismatch brings advertisers to club broadcasts.
Which social platforms does PickAndPost support?
Instagram and Facebook.
Is Mismatch available outside Greece?
The platform is built for international deployment. If you run a league or federation abroad, get in touch — we'd like to talk.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on the organization — number of courts, competitions, and what's included. Schedule a demo or write to [email protected] for a tailored quote.
Is the platform GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and your organization retains ownership of its data.
